Our monthly activity calendar, regular memos, and newsletters help keep everyone up to date on the wide range of programs and events available. Whether you're interested in fitness, games, lifelong learning, or simply socializing, there's always something happening at the Village.
At the heart of our community is the Village Centre, a shared space connecting the suites and apartment building. It’s a hub of activity and amenities tailored to support a fulfilling lifestyle, including:

- Ping pong, shuffleboard, and pool tables for friendly fun.
- Fitness rooms to support active, healthy living.
- Weekly programs and monthly events—from hobby clubs to festive celebrations.
- An on-site hair stylist offering professional services right on campus.
- A York Region Transit stop located on campus, offering local routes, GO Transit connections, and access to Markham Stouffville Hospital.
- Emergency services (EMS and Fire Department) located directly across the road on Weldon Road, providing added peace of mind.

On-campus amenities
Staying connected and active in a community is good for you heart, mind and spirit. Parkview understands your needs and provides opportunities from group activities to quiet spaces for reflection.
The Last Resort
Parkview Village’s Last Resort has bread, soup and frozen meals available for purchase. Drop in during office hours and see what is available each week, for the sheer convenience and especially if you don’t feel like cooking.
Gardenview Café
The Café is open from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Tuesday to Thursday for Coffee Time. This beautiful, sunny space is also used for other social gatherings, including the monthly birthday party, to meet up with friends and neighbours!
Library
Parkview Village has a well-equipped library located by a cozy fireplace on the lower level. Books and puzzles are available to borrow.
Recreational Activities
Our activities are arranged by our Program Department and include: movies, spiritual programs, exercise classes, crafts & hobbies, games, special events, bus trips and more. If gardening is more your style, you can reserve a solarium space, or a garden plot located on our scenic, 12.5-acre property.
Activity Room
The Activity Rooms are used for cards and games such as euchre, mahjong and bingo. Residents may book the activity room for small group gatherings.
Fitness Room
Enjoy the fitness equipment at your leisure to keep healthy and fit!
Worship Service
Community Mennonite Church offers service onsite every Saturday. Interdenominational Service is held each Sunday in the Village auditorium. Bible Study is held weekly.

Nestled in the heart of Stouffville, Parkview Village Apartments offer all you need for independent living. Community, amenities, and comfort. This is your community.
Parkview Village Apartments offer comfortable and spacious living with one- and two-bedroom units designed to suit your needs. Each apartment features one or two bathrooms, a large living and dining area, and the convenience of in-suite laundry and a utilities room. All units have either a balcony or patio and select units include a sunroom, perfect for enjoying natural light and relaxation.
All buildings have security cameras and comfortable lounges and common spaces on each floor.

Program and amenity fees apply for all apartment. The Ontario government determines the annual market rent increase.
Lifelease
Our Lifelease housing options allow ownership and the interior and exterior space you want.
Parkview Village Life Lease options are within the same vibrant community as the Apartments - with the added dimension of ownership.
A Parkview Lifelease is a contractual agreement where the resident makes an initial capital contribution in exchange for the right to occupy a bungalow in one of our clusters or a suite in our apartment building.
For both clusters and suites, residents are responsible to pay for applicable metered services, cable television, telephone etc. Parkview is responsible for water. Monthly operating fees cover the property taxes, building maintenance and in-suite repairs. When you wish to terminate the agreement, the unit is given an opinion of value, and the agreement is resold at current market value.
