Life-Lease is a contractual agreement where the resident makes an initial capital contribution in exchange for the right to occupy a cluster or suite. Monthly operating fees cover the property taxes, building maintenance and in-suite repairs. When the resident wishes to terminate the agreement the unit is given an opinion of value and the agreement is resold at current market value.
Residents are responsible to pay for applicable metered services, cable television, telephone etc. Parkview is responsible for water.
The Café is open to Residents and guests for Lunch, 11:30 am to 1:30 pm Sunday to Friday. The Café offers a variety of healthy soups, salads, and sandwich combos. Entrées enjoyed include: roast beef on a bun, quiche lorraine, and macaroni and cheese. The Café offers both hot & cold beverages, and assorted desserts. Stimulating Social time is enjoyed by Residents in the Café area 10:00am to 11:00am mornings and from 2:00pm to 3:00pm afternoons.
